Booking, Deposits, and Cancellations
 
This is my sole occupation.
 
When I travel to your area and incur overhead expenses to do so, I require a deposit of $100 for first time bookings, which is refundable if the shoot is canceled by either party more than two weeks in advance. 
(The San Francisco and Sacramento markets do not require deposits)
 
A cancellation by you 2 weeks prior to our booking, and the kill fee is 50%.
If you cancel One Week prior to our booking, 100% is due.
 
Please understand that once you book with me for a shoot that requires travel on my part, your deposit immediately goes towards the purchase of airfare, hotel rental, etc., which in most cases is non-refundable to me when shopping for the lowest rates.
